Rental rates include 24-hour care, three meals daily including snacks and drinks, weekly light housekeeping, weekly linen service, basic cable (in common room). Extra cost for in suite cable, and personal laundry service.
Rental rate is $2200.00
Rental rates, if they change, would increase one time per year. Any increase for
Designated Supportive Living suites are based on the Alberta Health Continuing Care
Accommodation Rates.
The Community has a hair salon, spa room, exercise room, guest suite, family dining room, cottage kitchen and living room, courtyard with garden, sunrooms with bookshelves.
There are certified Health Care Aides (HCA's) providing hands-on around-the-clock personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, medication assistance and other services to the residents. Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) perform nursing functions such as injections, wound dressing, assessments, and any other tasks that do not fall within the HCA's scope of practice. The community has an experienced Wellness Supervisor with an LPN designation managing the day-to-day clinical services and Alberta Health Services provides health care professionals for case management.
The General Manager oversees the clinical, hospitality, maintenance and recreation leadership roles.
There are currently no plans to purchase a bus.
